Privacy policy

The AI Mapping website is operated by KODRA Conseil s.e.n.c., La Sarre (Quebec). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we protect it, in accordance with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.

When you request the templates: your first name, your email and, if you choose to provide them, your organization and role. We also keep the form language and the date of the request.

The "Find my bottleneck" tool sends nothing: what you enter stays in your browser (local storage) until you clear it.

Site analytics run without cookies and without individual profiling.

To send you the requested files. And, only if you check the matching box (never pre-checked): to send you new KODRA tools, or the Humains Augmentés newsletter. We keep the exact wording of the box you checked and the date, as proof of consent.

We never sell, rent or trade your information.

Requests are stored in a database hosted in Canada (Canada Central region). Emails are sent by a specialized provider. We keep your information as long as you stay subscribed, or at most three years after your last request.

You may at any time request access to your information, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent (unsubscribe link in every mailing). Write to seb@kodra.ca. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
